Payments & delivery
We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used. For more information check section "RETURN & REFUND".
Our promise is to ship orders within 48 hours after the order is placed, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 2-3 business days in Lithuania, 3-10 business days in Europe, 7-14 days in the rest of the world.
Each parcel is tracked. After dispatching your purchased kimono a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Please be aware that Lithuanian or delivery country public holidays may affect your expected delivery date. Take it into account when planing final deadline when you expect to receive your SO SILKY product.
A special SO SILKY Gift Packaging (that includes a personalised note on a card and special branded wrapping) can be added at checkout.
